Made in Kelso, Scottish Borders
At Wonky Woolies we design, knit and hand-finished all our products in our workshop in the Scottish Borders. Our small team of skilled makers are very proud to endorse our products with the Made In Scotland brand.

Provenance
Scotland is renowned across the world for it’s quality exports – whisky, haggis, and tartan to name a few. However, the Scottish Borders is synonymous with textiles and has a rich history based along the banks of the River Tweed. From tartans, tweeds, and cashmere knitwear, this region produces some of the finest textiles in the world. Its hard not to be inspired by the great heritage, which we are proud to be part of. With rolling fields and glorious forests, this region is full of areas of inspiration which we love to observe, especially as the seasons change.

Tried and Tested
As we become more conscious of our choice as consumers, it is encouraging to hear customers enquire about the provenance of their purchase. We use the finest quality of yarns and take great care in producing knitwear. Our knitted accessories will last a lifetime.
Our team of skilled makers strive for quality at every step of production. Each member of Team Wonky approves a product when they are completely satisfied it is complete, we are very proud of our work. Above all, quality, ethical design & sustainable manufacturing is really important to us. Let’s throwaway the throwaway culture and focus on making sustainable choices that are made to be loved and worn forever!
