    Team Wonky were amazingly helpful and patient during the design process of my custom hat and when it arrived it was absolutely perfect.I couldn't resist adding an iconic Highland Cow hat to my order and I dare say I will be back for more when hat season rolls around! It would also be remiss of me not to mention how masterfully packaged the hats were on arrival.Quality products from a quality team; very highly recommended.

    I’ve been buying from this company since it began, and I’m constantly impressed by their innovation and new designs, plus their excellent customer service. We bought some Woolies for Christmas and I was happily surprised that although one design was out of stock on the website, I mentioned that my son really wanted it and paid for one that was in stock yet he received the original choice. I love the possibility of choosing different wool types and knowing that we’re supporting a local business. 100% highly recommend

    I’ve got four of the hats myself; my wife’s got hat a scarf; my daughter’s has a hat; and two of my nephews are now kitted out as well!I’d recommend the high quality and also the great communication with the team. I’ve lots of chats about orders, new products and sizing (including minor amendments). I’ve always got an eye out for any collaborations/ special editions they do too!!The images on the website are well done and show the products very accurately.

    Great prpducts. I am currently owning 3 Wonkies. One Merino made one and 2 made of shetland wool. Every package I have received so far included a hand written note thanking me for the purchase, as well as a little goodie. Of course this is all marketing, yet opening the package always gives you the feeling of being special and not any customer of any business. They let you know being a family business that is greatful for their customers.I am currently waiting for my 4th bobble hat by wonkie woolies. This time however it is a custom one made for Hope Technology (btw. the company I heard from this business in the forst place). Also Merino, my favorite type of material so far.I am recommending this company to everybody of my friends and family in need for a new hat, as I am totally convinced by the quality and the Made in Scotland promise they are giving you.

    We use Wonkie Woolies to make our Beanie and Bobble range, the product is fantastic and as a small company it is great to have small minimum's. We have worked with them for a number of years now and I would recommend them to anyone. Keep up the great work Alison 🙂
