Yes, we accommodate large orders, however as we are a small batch manufacturer production capacity can be limited during peak Winter season. We can arrange a production timescale to suit your needs.

For large or corporate size orders numbering 300+, we recommend getting in touch ahead of peak Winter season to guarantee delivery in time for the colder months. We make custom hats all year round, with the majority of large orders processing ahead of season, in the Summer months.

Yes, all sizes must be confirmed before proceeding with a design as this will depend on the size of the pattern. The MOQ of hats per size is 10 for all orders

You can choose up to 5 colours to use in one custom hat design. 6 colours are a possibility but this depends on design type. Ribbed beanie hats are single colour options.

We work with a UK based partner and can offer exclusive wholesale rates for your design. Sampling is required for any new design. Labels which require sewing onto the product incur an additional fixing fee, more information on this is in the wholesale price list we will provide.

We work with a Cashmilon Acrylic Yarn which is a high quality 4 Ply thickness, Oeko-tex dyed and is a very robust and popular material for lots of the custom design work we do . Additionally, we also offer a Merino Wool (4 Ply) which is a premium quality material and comes in a wide range of colours to match any design brief. The other option is our 100% British Wool Sheepsoft, sourced from and fully manufactured within the UK.

Prices vary between yarns. Samples start from £60 for a simple design made in Cashmilon Acrylic Yarn up to a £90 for a complex design made with Merino or British Wool. Following this, we have 3 price brackets for batch orders with an MOQ of 10 hats.

Once sample payment is confirmed, we aim to have your sample hat ready within 7 working days.

The turnaround for batch production depends on the quantity, we work on a 2-12 week turnaround depending on time of year and the size of order. Production schedules are confirmed once payment is received.

All hats are shipped securely in a cardboard box, they are not individually packaged unless requested. Additional costs may apply for individual packing. We use Royal Mail 24hr tracked service for all parcels on domestic UK delivery and Parcelforce for international.

Post and packaging is not included in the price, this is added to your invoice and covers all insurance in transit.

UK Wholesale prices exclude VAT 20%.
Children’s products are VAT exempt.
International orders are VAT exempt but may be liable to customs charges, please check this information before ordering.
