Since 2010 we’ve been working with brands, sports teams, bands and individuals to create bespoke knitted hats. Although the reasons for creating a custom design is often different, the desired outcome is always the same. To make quality bobble hats representing your identity that you’re proud to show off. That’s why we don’t outsource any aspect of our design or production process, we prefer to take full ownership over the product.

How does it work?
If you’ve got an idea for a custom design bobble hat that you’d like to explore, get in touch. We’ve got loads of experience under our hat (pun intended) and we’re happy to help you. Give us a call or fill in the form on our custom design page. You can upload an image along with your form, which helps us to understand your design brief. However, if you don’t have any artwork, a written brief is always a great start. We’ll then discuss the options with you and be able to answer any questions about yarn choice, price and production timescale.

Our Facebook, Instagram and Twitter pages showcase images of customised hats which helps to extend the reach of brands we work with. We also love it when customers create posts of their hats and tag #wonkywoolies so that we can see them too!

Let’s get cracking!
We work closely with our customers to ensure we achieve the best result. From concept to knitting a sample, it usually takes around 10 days to receive a hat. Once you’ve given us your feedback, we’re happy to start knitting some more. As a small batch producer we offer low minimum orders and our focus is on quality over quantity. We are proud of our woolly hats and we really enjoy working with passionate people who love a bobble as much as we do!
